Adobe Photoshop Lightroom - Version for Android has all the basic tools for photo processing. You can work with the exposure light, shadow, composition, etc., but some features, though, will not be available. Some basic presets are included, but you will not be able to synchronize the program with VSCO filters. Nevertheless, it is quite an impressive application that lets you work with photos in high resolution. Of course, you will probably come in handy desktop application to make a more complete and high-quality image processing, but in most cases, the processing in the mobile version of Lightroom is sufficient.
